Hiring is slow, permanent, and risky. Sometimes what you actually need is experienced help for a defined stretch to hit a deadline, cover a leave, bridge a hiring gap, or add a specific skill set for the duration of a project.
That's where contracting fits. We bring solid engineering to your team for as long as you need it and no longer, with none of the overhead and commitment of a permanent hire. When the need passes, so does the arrangement. Clean and simple.
How We Work
We're comfortable plugging into existing teams and setups, including:
- Working within your codebase, conventions, and tooling
- Joining your existing processes: standups, sprints, reviews, and boards
- Collaborating directly with your developers, not in a silo

A Flexible Arrangement
Every team's needs are different, so we keep things flexible. Full-time or part-time, on-site where practical or fully remote, a few weeks or several months, we'll find an arrangement that suits how you work and what you need. As a Basel-based team working across German, French, and English, we slot easily into Swiss and international teams alike.
